The short version: we collect almost nothing, and what we do collect is an email you chose to give us. Here's the whole picture.
TL;DR — No cookies. No analytics. No trackers. No selling data, ever. We only hold your email if you message us or sign up for the Launch List, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
SCHEME STUDIO ("SCHEME", "we") is a venture agency based in London, United Kingdom, operating this website at schemestudio.lol. For anything privacy-related, email james@schemestudio.lol. We are the data controller for the information described below. Our individual products (Headshots with a Bird, Dog Show, Dollar Bets) run on their own sites and have their own privacy policies.
Two service providers touch your data on our behalf: Resend (email delivery and our contact list) and Vercel (hosting). Both are US-based companies, so your data may be processed in the United States under their standard contractual safeguards for international transfers.
Contact-form emails stay in our inbox for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry. Launch List emails stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Ask us to delete either at any time.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to our use of it, or withdraw consent for the Launch List. Email james@schemestudio.lol and we'll sort it — there's very little to hold, so this is usually quick. If you're unhappy with how we've handled something, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This site is aimed at founders and people who make things, not children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you think a child has given us their email, tell us and we'll delete it.
If we change how this site handles data — say, we add analytics one day — we'll update this page and the date at the top before we do it.
